Almost 4 months!

Whew! It's been too long since we've written--Evelyn is already almost 4 months old! She's changing so much each day and keeps getting more fun. We like to play on the floor sometimes and see how much talking and kicking we can get out of her.

She's cooing more and squeals with delight when Dadda lifts her over his head like an airplane. He likes to experiment with her and try new things, like sit in the Bumbo to see how long she can hold her head up by herself. She's getting better, but still not ready to sit in it by herself for awhile. Her 4 month checkup will be next week where we'll see how much she weighs, she feels so heavy! We're getting a workout when we hold her:) At her last checkup, 2 months, she was off the charts for height and in the 80th percentile for weight, but we think that's because she's so long. She's been wearing her new diapers for awhile now, the reusable ones, and seems to like them. She's had fun meeting more family and playing with her cousins Haley and Emma in Issaquah now and then. She's well-traveled having visited 3 states, meeting new friends and going to two weddings and is quite the trooper!

She's a happy little girl and we can't get enough of her!
